There bakery is looks good but I only do low carb. And couldn’t eat anything. That is a huge mistake a Quiche or a avocado with a baked egg inside would be perfect or anything would be great. The shot of espresso was some of the best I had ever had. But their latte art was below what you would expect from a specialty coffee shop. They did have cool local juices. For transparency if I was able to eat baked high carb diet I might have given a higher rating.

Delicious! As a vegan, I was struggling to find a brunch/breakfast/pastry place in the Tri-Cities, and someone had shouted out vegan options for Ethos. It was delicious! Got an incredible avocado toast and delicious scone, and there are many non-dairy milk options for drinks. My partner got the evreything cream cheese toast (vegetarian) and was also very impressed. Apparently Guy Fieri visited this place? But don't let that make you think less of it. ;) The people are really cool and everything they make is super high quality and homemade.

This place never disappoints, it always delivers. Rio, the staff on site the night I was last there, was exceptional. He made our night knowing just the right tone to set the mood for out outing.

Triple D did recommend one of the most fresh and delicious bakery's we have been to. Had a good offering. The dark chocolate croissants are my favorite. The peanut butter cookies are a little interesting a little too crispy for my liking. The macrons are good to for a quick sweet fix.

I've stopped in here a few times before the Farmer's Market opens, for coffee and a pastry. They have a lot of tasty looking baked goods, and a small selection of gluten free items. The GF lemon poppyseed muffin is very good, and pleasantly moist which is a win. I get a vanilla latte, and they have all the espresso fixings to customize it the way you like (such as alternative 'milks'). There's seating inside, and a few small tables out front. They could use a third person working when it gets busy, but the two who are normally there do a good job and always share some smiles.

Wonderful hole in the whole type pastry and coffee shop. Had the ham and cheese croissants and a scone. We went with the matcha to accompany the sweets. Everything was delicious. Croissant was flaky and fluffy. Scone wasn't too dry or hard at all. Matcha was nice and hot. Lots of pastry options and coffee drinks. Limited seating. Modern feel and relaxing environment.

Great place to stop! I have not yet tried their dining, so far it has been coffee and sweets from their bakery display in the front. The cafe smells wonderful with confections, bread, and coffee in the air. There was a nice warmth from the wood fired oven, I can see me being here this winter for sure and loving that oven! I had a shortbread cookie, t was great. Not too moist, not too dough like, just right. The caramel latte was very nice, with both the caramel coming through subtle but not overpowering the espresso itself, which was lovely. I also had a doppio, and that was very good. The new espresso I believe was a Guatemala 🇬🇹 variety, and it was a excellent choice with the shortbread. Many more things to sample from Ethos! ❤️

This is a really cool bakery and mill! So unusual to see gluten free options too. The Maple bacon toast was very tasty as was my GF muffin choices. Thanks for attentive staff. We will be back.
